NORTHWEST HARRIS COUNTY-- There were two fatal crashes over Easter weekend on the same North Harris County road.

There were three other people in the car with her one is critical the other two are stable.

On Saturday night there was another deadly wreck on West Mount Houston this time killing a 10-year-old boy and leaving his 7-month-old sister in critical condition.

Investigators say a family of six was in a mini-van when they were rear-ended by a BMW.

The little boy was not wearing a seat belt and his baby sister wasn't in a car seat which may have led to a different outcome.

Neither driver was under the influence and the crash is under investigation.
