HOUSTON - You might think the roads in Houston are crazy with all the art cars this weekend. But it was the people inside of cars who added to the madness Friday night.

Police say it was just before midnight, when a man and woman were driving down Jones road in Northwest Houston. A spokesman for Harris County Sheriff's Office said a male passenger who had been smoking meth earlier in the day was passenger in the car. The man started getting anxious and paranoid, and he jumped out of the car while it was moving.

The man died at the scene, but the story doesn't end there.

As cops had their cruisers in the road, blocking it off, another driver slammed into one of the deputy's cars. Luckily none of the officers were hurt. Alcohol may to blame, and police are investigating the driver for DUI.

Let's hope the roads don't get any worse this weekend and it's smooth sailing for everyone else.
