HOUSTON – The Houston Texans have released their 2016 schedule and it starts at home against the Chicago Bears on September 11. Then they get another crack at the Kansas City Chiefs after being shut out by KC in the opening round of the NFL playoffs last year.

The Texans face the world champion Denver Broncos in the Mile High city on October 24 in a Monday night contest. The Texans are in three-prime contests on Mondays and Sunday and they will twice place on Thursdays.

The season wraps up on January 1, 2017 when they travel to Nashville to face the Tennessee Titans.
