HOUSTON, TX - Just a 'horrendous' scene in front of Fraternity Row at the University of Houston due to a fellow student in this white ford truck, deciding it was O.K. to drive drunk.

A white Ford truck was trying to go to the left, struck an Infinity, spun out of control and hit two pedestrians that were standing on the side walk. Both Mark Tartaglio and Corina Burnett were struck and transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital. Where Mark still fights for his life.

Marshall Schoen is charged with driving under the influence and could face manslaughter charges should Tartaglio`s injuries take a turn for the worse.

So horrible, especially when it`s an accident that could have been avoided. Just remember, if you had a few, or even one, too many, call a cab or an Uber and most importantly, stop and think before you drive.
