Future plans to prevent flooding in Houston

Houston -- we have a problem.

It's pretty clear, when it rains it pours and with all the recent flooding folks are downright nervous when they see water.

With the recent devastating April flooding Mayor Turner charged Steve Costello as the Bayou City's own '"flood czar" to work on drainage and flooding issues.

Although new leaders are in place to work, Willie McDonald, a longtime Houstonian says he has the master plan to fix Houston's flooding problems for good.
