McKINNEY, TX - The controversial "McKinney Pool Party" that happened in our backyard a year ago made a splash all over America. Cell phone footage captured ex-McKinney cop Eric Casebolt rolling onto the scene of a party at a neighborhood pool.

Casebolt was caught on cam throwing and pinning a young black girl to the ground that things went viral. It escalated after he pulled his gun out on two other teens.

Casebolt resigned immediately after the incident. Although a full investigation has been completed by the Texas Rangers , we're told the case is currently in the hands of Collin County District Attorney's Office.
