HOUSTON, TX - Yo, Millennials, how`s your hand strength these days?
A recent study from researchers at Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina says the young folks of our nation really need to get a grip, literally.
We’re talking good old-fashioned labor done by the working stiff in 1985. The study says Millennials use 10 to 20 pounds less pressure than 30 years ago and it might have to do with smart phones and technology. Which means spending more time working on your phone than on an assembly line causes more flimsy fingers than ever before?
So, do yourself a favor. Put your hands around something; apply pressure and squeeze once in a while. You`d be surprised, it`s actually kind of satisfying.
