If you're a big Houston Texans fan, then you know the big man, defensive all-star Vince Wilfork.

The 325-pound lineman is  making a big splash this week, appearing in the ESPN Magazine body issue... completely nude. Hey, Wilfork might not be your typical athlete to pose naked, but he hopes to inspire confidence for other people with bigger bodies.

The two-time super bowl champ has always brought a certain sense of humor to the Texans' locker room. He says go ahead... say what you want, but he's got nothing to be ashamed of.

"I'm proud of who I am. I'm proud of my body. People can talk about me all they want. I don't care. I'll never lose sleep."

Wilfork says he's weighed 300 pounds since he was a sophomore in high school, but he's more athletic than most people give him credit for.

He was a Florida state high school champion in shot put and discuss. Wilfork says he used to run a 40-yard dash in 4.8 seconds.

The big guy expects to shed some of his weight once his playing days are over. In the meantime, don't say anything to get on his bad side...

"Don't disrespect me. You can say whatever you want but don't disrespect me."
