HOUSTON -- It’s thrills, chills and farts this weekend at the box office. Houston film critic Dustin Chase gives you a look at what's in theaters this 4th of July weekend.

The Purge Election Year marks the 19th sequel to hit screens this year, and the third film in that franchise. Chase reviews the latest horror film as well as the Blake Lively thriller The Shallows where she plays a Galveston, Texas surfer facing a monster shark in Mexico.

However, all eyes are on the bizarre new comedy Swiss Army Man starring Paul Dano and Daniel Radcliffe about a farting corpse. Chase reviews the film that has some audiences laughing and others running for the exit.
