HOUSTON, TX - When going to a sports game, every fan knows they'll dip into their wallet for more than just the ticket. There's the parking, food, drinks and more.  SeatGeek analyzed the costs of ballpark experiences across the MLB.  While the Astros are in the top ten for most expensive ticket, they fare well when it comes to prices of parking, beer and french fries.

"The philosophy the Astros have always taken is to balance," Astros president Reid Ryan said. "It's a balance between fans wanting to have good players on the field and us having cheap prices. One of the things that's very important to us is that we stay affordable"

Ryan points out the Astros have a value section on astros.com.

On the site there are a variety of ticketing options.  That's another emphasis the team wants, fan choice.

"Everything from seats to concession items is about selection and different pricing options for the fans," Ryan said.
