FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA — It's a fan relationship that started with a love for Dwight Howard, but continues with James Harden.

Tyler Holley, 15, lives in Franklin County, Virginia, but his favorite NBA team is the Houston Rockets.  He became a fan three years ago when Dwight Howard came to the team. Now that Howard is gone, Tyler carries on with his new favorite player, James Harden.

"I like that he's a lefty," Holley said. "He drives a lot and gets to the paint. He just gets the job done."

In the last year, Holley has transformed his bedroom into a shrine to the Rockets.  With red walls, the bedroom also features a Rockets bed sheet set, Rockets drapes and a large poster of Harden on the wall.

Holley's masterpiece really paid off earlier this week when he tweeted Harden and got a response!

"I was so happy, just the fact that he saw it," Holley said. "It wasn't like he just liked it, he actually commented."

Rockets general manager Daryl Morey also tweeted to Tyler.

Tyler said he's not totally done decorating the room and hopes to add a few more items, including a jersey for his wall.
