Suspect charged in death of man found decapitated in southeast Houston

HOUSTON -- Police have arrested a man they say decapitated a man whose body was found at a southeast Houston business Thursday night.

Raymond Jackson, 62, is charged with murder in the death of Enayatolah Khorsand, 58.

According to police, passers-by notified HPD patrol officers around 8:45 p.m. about a body in the 9100 block of Mykawa.
Upon arrival, police found Khorsand lying on the floor. He had been decapitated.

Evidence from the scene led to Jackson being identified as a suspect, and he was subsequently charged.

Witnesses said Jackson was a regular visitor to the business.
