SAN ANTONIO — An Amber Alert has been lifted for a 14-month-old girl who went missing on Wednesday.

According to Brexar County sheriffs deputies, the Amber Alert was issued for 14-month-old Kalia Martinez who was found in Dallas Saturday morning.

Police said she was kidnapped by 50-year-old Fortino Cornejo on Wednesday.

Deputies said Cornejo is the Kailia’s father, who had legal custody of her on Wednesday when they were last seen, and lost custody on Friday.

Cornejo sent a disturbing text message to the mother at some point, according to police.

The father is described as 5’3”, 140 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.

Warrants have been issued for his arrest on charges of sexual exploitation of a child. Police say Cornejo was driving a 2010 black Dodge Nitro, license plate number HDD0725.
