On the road, Texans get hammered by the Vikings

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The Houston Texans have been awful on the road as they suffered another lackluster performance away from home. After being shut out by New England 27-0 on the road, the Texans played another egg on Sunday.

The offense was lethargic as they gained only 13 yards in the first half of play. The Texans finally scored a touchdown late when DeAndre Hopkins caught a TD pass from Brock  Osweiler. Meanwhile the Vikings were clicking on all cylinders as they scored 31 points on the day.

With the win the Vikings remained undefeated on the season and are the only unbeaten team left in the NFL this season. Meanwhile the Texans fall to 3-2 on the year With Indianapolis and Tennessee winning, their two-game division is down to just one game.

The AFC South will be on the line next Sunday night when they Texans host the Colts at NRG Stadium.
