HOUSTON - For some, Tuesday's election can't come fast enough,  but this is no way to "face" America.

When you're riding south on I-45 towards downtown you may notice the "Mount Rush Hour" presidential statues, but vandals decided to leave their mark overnight defacing the giant statues of former presidents and political leaders at American Statesmanship Park.

George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Sam Houston and Stephen Austin seem to be decorated with vampire teeth, tears and at least one swastika. Lincoln had "oil" and "blood" on his lapels.

The damage has been cleaned up and no word on if the vandals will be caught.
