HOUSTON — How about some Portuguese, if you please? On this week's Foodgasm, we drop on in at Oporto Food House and Wine to snack on some tasty Portuguese plates and learn a little about the unsung hero of European cuisine.

Owner-Chef Richard Di Virgilio takes us on a tantalizing tour of the restaurant that has found it's own blend of Portuguese fusion that mashes together everything from Indian to Italian to Brazilian. Here he shows us the Polvo Com Batatas and Scallop Farrotto as well as a few other dishes and coctails.
