HOUSTON -- Well Black Friday started off with a bang in the Houston area! Shoppers everywhere were lined up at their favorite stores to get those once-in-a-lifetime deals. Well, at least those "once a year" steals.

"We've been here for almost four hours," one shopper at Houston Premium Outlets said.

"My son needs some beats and an iPhone so I'm looking for that. You gotta shop til the last sale," another shopper explained.

While the stores are packed, online shoppers aren't waiting for Cyber Monday to cash in on the cheap.

"I want everything for no money," a shopper at Katy Mills Mall said.

According to Adobe, online retailers rang up nearly $2 billion on Thanksgiving Day alone. That's more than an 11 percent increase over last year. The final total is expected to surpass $3 billion.
