-1oz simple syrup
-1oz fresh lime juice
-3 dashes of Bar Keep Chinese bitters
-shake served up

The Texas Russian
-1oz Texas Silver Rum
-1oz Cafecito
-2oz cream or half n half
-1 dash Bar Keep Chinese bitters
-on the rocks

Autumn Mule
-1 1/2oz Crusoe Spiced Rum
-1/2oz simple syrup
-1/2oz fresh lime juice
-2oz ginger beer
-2 dashes of Bar Keep Apple bitters
-pour over ice

The Channel 39 Holiday Special
-1oz Crusoe Spiced Rum
-1oz Temptation Apple
-1/2oz fresh lemon juice
-1/2oz simple syrup
