HOUSTON — You never know where a creep might be lurking!

Darryl Keith Suber, Jr. was arrested at a Cheddar's restaurant in Spring and accused of taking pictures of a little girl in the bathroom, the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable's Office said.

The 24-year-old appeared in court Monday to face several charges including one count of attempted promotion of child pornography.

Witness Kisha Foster posted a video of Suber's arrest outside the restaurant.

"I have five kids!" she screams when told by an officer she doesn't need to record the arrest. "There's a need for this. There's a need for this! I waited, I waited until you came out."

Foster said she was seated in the restaurant when a little the girl came running out of the women's restroom screaming, "He was camering me!!"

She said the little girl's family confronted Suber in a locked bathroom stall, and as he ran out, they cornered the suspect until authorities arrived.

It turned out, Suber has quite a rap sheet as a sex offender, including two charges of indecent exposure back in 2014, according to the state sex offender database.

Suber was also reportedly charged with improper photography after investigators said he took pictures of girls in the bathroom at Kingwood High School in 2011.

Suber reportedly received probation back then.

Now if this sex offender is found guilty of being a repeat offender, maybe he will learn all about bathroom behavior behind bars!
