Texans’ Brian Cushing suspended for violating performance enhancing substance policy

HOUSTON -- Brian Cushing of the Houston Texans has been suspended without pay for the next 10 games.

The NFL released a statement on Cushing, saying the suspension is for "violating the NFL policy on performance enhancing substances."

Cushing’s suspension begins immediately. He is eligible to return to the Texans’ active roster on Tuesday, Nov. 28 following the team’s Nov. 27 game against the Baltimore Ravens.
