Barbara Bush library holds grand re-opening after Hurricane Harvey floods

SPRING, Texas — The Barbara Bush Library is celebrating its grand re-opening after 2 feet of water fill the library during Hurricane Harvey.

The Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation donated $200,000 to the Harris County Public Library.

The Foundation hopes to add more family-friendly additions to these public libraries.
