‘Nobody in my administration got indicted’: Obama speaks at Baker Institute gala

HOUSTON — Former President Barack Obama was in town Tuesday night to speak at a gala for Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy.

It was a civil conversation between the former secretary of state James A. Baker and the former president.
