The Arizona Cardinals recently hired failed former Texas Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury, and many fans claim the decision reflects how white privilege enables less accomplished white coaches to be elevated over coaches of color with stronger resumes. Is this the case? And if so, is it a potential problem the League should address?
