DA requesting more money to review 1,400 cases by HPD cop charged in botched raid

We told you about Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg opening a review into the 1,400 cases that Houston Police Department officer Gerald Goines was involved with.

The district attorney says her office will get the review done no matter what, but it would get done a lot faster if she was able to hire more prosecutors.
