American Cancer Society helps smokers quit bad habit with Great American Smokeout event

Cigarette is the leading cause of "preventable disease and death" in the United States, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

American Cancer Society is hosting the Great American Smokeout on Thursday, Nov. 21 which is an opportunity for everyone to commit to healthy, smoke-free lives.

Jennifer Walker with the American Cancer Society and Chef Ryan Pera with Agricole Hospitality shared how they are helping smokers quit their bad habit.
