On this day in 1987, CBS records shipped out the largest pre-order in the company’s history. The orders were for Michael Jackson’s famed album ‘Bad.’ One of the members of NSYNC, Lance Bass was chosen on this day back in 2001 to become the first celebrity ever in space.
