BAYTOWN, TX – Baytown cops got confessions from three brothers who thought they had gotten away with murder.
In September 2004, Baytown cops showed up at Village Lane Apartments to find two 19-year old men lying on the ground dead.

Juan Grimaldo and Fernando Salinas had been shot multiple times in cold blood.

At the time, no witnesses, no evidence, no suspects.  That was until March 2013, when the case was reopened and persons of interest were identified.

Fast forward to June 11, 2014, with warrants in hand, Baytown cops questioned David Lee Sanchez, Jason Sanchez, and Pedro Sanchez about the 2004 apartment killings.

32-year old David Lee Sanchez confessed to being the shooter, and he’s been charged with capital murder.
David’s two brothers, Jason and Pedro also confessed to taking part in the murder.

Now, the three Sanchez brothers will have their day in court.  Pretty sure the family of both victims can now say justice delayed is not always justice denied.
