PINEY POINT VILLAGE, TX - While everything's bigger in Texas, Piney Point Village isn't. The city located just west of Houston is 2.1 square miles.  What is big about it is the money.

BusinessInsider.com used data from the U.S. Census Bureau and revealed the medium income in Piney Point is $233,636 - the highest in Texas. In fact, that figure makes the small city the fourth wealthiest in the U.S.

In its rankings, Business Insider only considered communities with more than 1,000 people. As of the 2010 census, 3,125 people lived in Piney Point Village.
