HOUSTON — The Houston Police Department, Artisocrat Life and JJ Joseph Foundation gave back to Houston community in a big way this week. Instead of a toy drive, the organizations gave away bicycles to children in need at Landis Elementary School. The foundations sponsored the bikes in an attempt to encourage kids to stay active despite the distraction of video games and social media.
