NW HOUSTON -- A disturbing discovery as the flood waters begin to recede at Cullen Park,  a man's body has been found inside a car.

Police tell us two men were riding their bicycles at the northwest Houston park, Tuesday night, when all of a sudden they smelt a foul odor.

And that's when they saw the car with the man inside.

Police believe the body has been back there for over two weeks since the "Tax Day" floods.

Police are now investigating.

If this is flood related, it would be the 9th death.
