MIAMI, FL (NewsFix DFW) – If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Right? Well, Burger King didn’t get the memo.

They’ve decided to flip their 40-year-old slogan. The days of “Have It Your Way” will soon be a thing of the past.

Their new slogan “Be Your Way” kicks off this month. What the heck does that even mean?

If this slogan shift is leaving a bad taste in your mouth Burger King has an explanation. Fernando Machado, SVP Global Brand Management for McDonald’s says, “It’s a richer expression of the relationship between its brand and its customers.”

Well hey, it wouldn’t be the first time a fast food joint decided to reinvent themselves. McDonald’s just tweeted a McCreepy version of the Happy Meal. Its name is ‘Happy.’ Happy to haunt your kid`s dreams, maybe.

But hey, if McDonald’s is allowed a McStake, maybe it’s the king’s turn for a whopper boo-boo!
