RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA – Too sexy for a shirt?  Apparently Planet Fitness in Richmond, California feels that way about one member.

Tiffany Austin says she was told by staff that her body was too toned and offered her a free t-shirt to cover up the outfit she was wearing.  She states that a staff member approached her and said, “Excuse me, we’ve had some complaints.  You’re intimidating people with your toned body, so can you put on a shirt?”

Planet Fitness claims to be a judgement-free zone; and their dress code policy is based solely on attire and not physique, as members of all shapes and sizes are welcome in their clubs.

As for Tiffany Austin, she felt just the opposite; cancelling her membership, leaving feeling Planet Fitness intimidated.
