HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Rockets’ title winning teams from the 1993-94 and 1994-95 season are back together again. Many of the championship winning players are in Houston for an anniversary reunion of the title teams.

“We just revisit all the things we forgot.  It’s been 20 years, bring it fresh. It’s just great to be around these guys,” 2-time NBA Finals MVP Hakeem Olajuwon said.

“We’ve aged a little bit. It doesn’t seem like 20 years has gone by, but it’s always special when you’re together with guys you’ve been through the trenches, through the wars with,” Clyde Drexler, who won the 1995 Finals with Houston, added.

The teams will be honored during halftime of Thursday’s Rockets game against the Denver Nuggets. Former players expected to attend are Olajuwon, Drexler, Otis Thorpe, Vernon Maxwell, Mario Elie, Robert Horry, Charles Jones, Chris Jent, Earl Cureton, Eric Riley, Matt Bullard, Pete Chilcutt, Tim Breaux and Tracy Murray.  Former Rockets coach Rudy Tomjanovich will also be on hand.
