VOLUSIA COUNTY, FL. - We've seen plenty of videos of knock-down-drag-outs at Walmart, but only in Florida could a fight take place at a Walmart before it's even built! A dust-up at a construction site in Volusia County ended up with one man barely escaping a permanent dirt nap.

Police say Erick Cox, AKA "Pork Chop," was behind the wheel of a front-end loader when he started a "beef" with the site's superintendent. That's when, witnesses say, Cox dumped a load of dirt onto his boss, pinning the man to the ground. Then, "Pork Chop" picked up a level and hit his boss with it, before jumping back into the loader to dump more dirt on him!

Cox's boss suffered a four-inch gash to his head and needed surgery. Cox told the cops he did it all in self-defense, and that the second dump was an accident.

He was arrested and booked into jail on aggravated battery charges. Now, he'll be the one buried up to his neck--in legal problems!
