BALTIMORE, Maryland — A dog is man’s best friend and baseball is America’s pastime. However, when one man’s dog got to his baseball tickets before he did, it was a sad situation.
Karl Breslaw was anxiously awaiting the arrival of his precious Orioles’ MLB Playoff and World Series tickets. Little did he know his seven-month old dog, Fezzik, was just as excited to get the tickets and bite into them like they were a T-Bone steak. The dog really ripped into them, and we’re sure Karl really wanted to rip into Fezzik.
However, regardless of the mindless munching, Fezzik managed to miss the tickets’ bar-codes and seat locations. So, Karl will still get to go if the Orioles actually make it to baseball’s biggest stage.
As for Fezzik spending the rest of his days in the dog house? Karl says the two are bonded for life, so we’ll just consider this strike one.
