Emirates Airlines debuts fancy decked out airbus

DALLAS, Tx. — It’s round two for the A380 monster airbus, but unlike Qantas, John Travolta isn’t starring in this sequel.

“I know you had another airbus launch earlier this week. We were just joking about it, maybe Sean will have an A380 launch every second day,” said Hubert Frach, VP of commercial operations West for Emirates Airlines.

This Emirates flight flew in from Dubai, and that’s no short flight that landed Wednesday. We’re talking 14 hours, but if you need to freshen up, Emirates has you covered.

“What can I say about our airbus A380? It’s definitely unique because there is no other airbus with showers on board,” Frach said.

“Heated floor panels, nice vanity, warm hot showers,” chimed in cabin crew member Tess Widner.

Along with the showers, this thing comes with other passenger perks such as interactive touchscreens where you can watch TV, seats that lay completely down and last but certainly not least, a fully stocked bar.

So, if you’ve got an international getaway planned this year, then maybe you should consider this fancy new ride.
