SAN ANTONIO, TX – It looks like the Iron Rattler at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio is rattling more than a few nerves. The ride is now down and out after the deadly Texas Giant roller coaster ride in Arlington, Texas.

The park is playing it safe and has temporarily shut down the iron rattler as a precaution.

No injuries have been reported, but officials are concerned since the ride is similar to the Texas Giant, the roller coaster at the center of Rosy Esparaza’s death.

The 52-year-old was ejected from her seat, falling 75 feet to her death. The medical examiner’s office says she hit a metal beam and ended up on the roof of a tunnel.

Certainly, these aren’t the ups and downs Six Flags wants to see.
