WASHINGTON, DC - It looks like the unicorn is getting a new companion in the land of creatures hard to find: the college educated single man.

Depending on what part of the country you live in, the stats are more or less disappointing for young educated women trying to find "Mr. Right out of college."  Two researchers from the Brookings Institution claim there are only 85 men to every 100 women who are college educated and between the ages of 20 to 35, and those lucky guys are in high demand.

Some folks would say a diploma does not necessarily make you a good person.  Although, in times where equality in a relationship tends to be part of the deal, educated single women are finding it tougher to get the right match to commit.

Should women simply settle or move to areas like Silicon Valley, where there's a surplus of educated single males?  Or should we encourage more males to get a college education?  There's always a multiple choice, even for dating.
