VALENCIENNES, France - Who doesn't love the smooth, chocolate goodness known as Nutella? One couple in France loved it so much that they came up with the idea to name their child after it.
A French court intervened and stopped the parents from naming their daughter Nutella, saying that it would only lead to teasing. The judge decided that Ella would be a more appropriate name for the baby girl instead.
Surprisingly, this isn't the first time someone has tried to name their baby after a sweet treat. One couple wanted to call their child "Fraise" which is strawberry in French, but a judge also said no.
