SANFORD, FL – Say what you want about the guy. Whether you think George Zimmerman acted in self-defense or is a cold-blooded murder, he played the role of Good Samaritan four days after his acquittal.

Seminole County Sheriff’s Officials say the driver of an SUV ran off the road, flipping the vehicle over. Three other people were inside, and two were kids.

When deputies showed up, they say Zimmerman and another guy had pulled all four people out.

Everyone is said to be OK.

Of course, good deeds won’t bring Trayvon Martin back. But it’s good to see someone, anyone, doing the right thing.
