PALMETTO, GA - It looks like Christmas came a little early for one woman in Palmetto, Georgia, and it's all thanks to "2 Chainz!"
Deirdre Plater, a disabled veteran and single mother, has had a pretty rough year. She hasn't been able to find a job and has been struggling to make ends meet.
Little did she know, all of that was about to change.
The rapper, who runs his own charity, "Tru Foundation," paid Plater a visit and offered to pay her rent for a whole year!!
But that's not all, he even decked the place out with furniture!
Plater said, "It's a great thing to see people give back and it was much needed during this time because I just had surgery... I'm just overwhelmed and shocked and grateful."
And she wasn't the only one...
We do know one thing, though -- this is sure to be a moment they'll never forget!
