HOUSTON, TX - All sorts of things go great with milk such as cookies, cake and donuts. but tech company IBM has decided that business trips do not go well with milk. Breast milk, that is.

Balancing work with motherhood is nothing new. but IBM's program for nursing moms is. The concept is simple: women will nourish the company and their newborns when they take business trips by shipping their breast milk home. IBM will foot the bill.

According to an IBM spokesperson, many working mothers 'expressed' concerns about juggling breastfeeding with business travel. So, IBM executives believe the company has a grade 'A' idea. It includes a smart phone app women will use to have temperature-controlled packages delivered right to the hotel. New moms will do the pumping. IBM will pay for packing and shipping, and no one will be crying over spilled (or wasted) milk.

At IBM, women make up about 29% of the 400,000 employees and executives with the company say they want to keep mammas happy! This program will launch in September.
