Two Hellfire missiles were apparently on their way to Portland, OR.
Serbian authorities say bomb-sniffing dogs found them on an Air Serbia passenger plane.
The Serbs say the missiles had explosive warheads and were on a flight that originated in Lebanon.
The Hellfire missile can be loaded onto aircraft and ships, and can be launched from the ground. A deadly weapon in the hands of terrorists.
Terrorists in Turkey used a car bomb to create their own hell fire. This one went off near a bus stop in the heart of Ankara, killing at least 34 and wounding about 125.
Turkish authorities believe two of the dead are the terrorists. One of them was a woman.
Police suspect Kurdish separatists are responsible. This was the third bombing in five month’s in Turkey’s capital.
Suspected al-Qaeda terrorists attacked an Ivory Coast tourist town over the weekend, killing at least 16, some of them children.
Witnesses describe one gunman killing a five-year old boy who was kneeling and praying not to be killed. They say the gunman killed him because he was a Christian.
At least four men armed with AK-47s and hand grenades carried out the attack at the southern star hotel in Grand Bassam.
They died in a shootout with government troops. Two members of the Ivory Coast special forces also died.
This was the third attack in recent months at West African tourist spots. Authorities in those countries say they expect to see more.
