USA – Last month’s tragic loss has a surprise twist. US ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed on September 11th when the embassy was stormed in Benghazi, Libya.

It didn’t take long for the blame game to begin; that’s not surprising. But what is surprising is that someone owns up to it.

So who’s the fall guy? Try fall gal. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is taking the blame and she’s quick to get President Obama and Joe Biden out of the hot seat.

“I take responsibility. I’m in charge of the State Department 60,000 plus people all over the world, 275 posts. The President and the Vice President certainly wouldn’t be knowledgeable about specific decisions that are made by security professionals,” said Clinton.

The Obama administration had faced non-stop criticism since the attacks because it seemed, to some, as though the right hand didn’t know what the left was doing.

“In the wake of an attack like this, in the fog of war, there is always going to be confusion and I think it’s absolutely fair to say that everyone had the same intelligence,” said Clinton.

Wow, someone actually owning up to a mistake?!
