HOUSTON- It’s Monday, Cyber Monday! Are YOU shopping today?

Quite a few people we spoke with had already shelled money, others were planning to shopping the Cyber Monday sales. They’re not alone since 121 million online shoppers are expected to join the Cyber Monday shopping blitz.

“Monday Madness” is expected to rake in nearly three billion dollars.

Last year retail stores were packed on Black Friday, but frenzied Friday crowds like that might be history. Shoppers hate crowds and love the accessibility and convenience on buying online.

According to the National Retail Federation, over the Thanksgiving weekend, 103 million people shopped online, while 102 million hit the brick-and-mortar stores.

Digital sales for Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday gobbled up $4 billion this year, that’s 20% higher than last year.

Brick-and-mortars didn’t fare as well, with sales down slightly to $12.1 billion.

If you haven’t shopped yet, don’t worry you’ve still got time.
