HOUSTON, Tx. – Breaking the law can be exhausting, and one Houston burglar knows that first-hand.

Christopher Provazek, 22, was arrested after he broke into a Houston home. Police say the homeowner got up around 4 a.m. for an early flight out of town and found Christopher in his house. But Christopher wasn’t caught in the act, he was caught sleeping. He must have been absolutely exhausted because police say Christopher even took off his shoes to make himself more comfortable.

Christopher was arrested and charged. Hopefully he has time to catch up on his Z’s in jail. That’s how he became our Dumbass of the Day!
