HOUSTON – The terror suspect arrested last week in Houston is scheduled to appear in federal court this morning for a bond hearing.

24-year-old Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan was arrested on three federal terror-related charges on Jan. 6.

Al Hardan is Palestinian and was born in Iraq.

He moved to the U.S. back in 2009 as a refugee.
