zooHOUSTON, TX – If you’re heading to the Houston Zoo this summer, you may notice a few new animals on display.

But there’s something a little different about these animals.

They are all made out of Lego bricks and built by Lego certified constructors.

More than two dozen life-sized animals made up of thousands of Lego bricks are on display throughout the summer, giving visitors a chance to get a little more up close and personal than usual.

And because they don’t have to be fed or cleaned up after, it’s also making life a little easier for the zookeepers.
