According to a new study listening to classical music not only helps you exercise harder and longer, it also helps keep your body relaxed.
That means lower heart rate, lower blood pressure, and your body doesn’t feel as tired.
Researchers also say the ideal workout song is the fourth movement of Beethoven’s Symphony number four.
