SYOSSET, NY – When Nassau County Police in New York got a call to investigate a stabbing, they weren’t expecting the victim to be mob royalty.

John Gotti Jr. the son of the notorious mob boss was being treated for a stab wound to his stomach when he chose to stick to the code. The 49-year-old refused to tell police much of anything except to say it happened in a CVS parking lot.

Gotti Jr. ran the infamous Gambino crime family from 1992 until 1999 while his father served a life sentence. In 1999 Gotti Jr. found himself inside the walls of a prison as well, serving five years for racketeering. Since his release, he’s claimed he left the mob and was living a happy crime free life in Oyster Bay.
